This High Temperature High Speed Centrifugal Fan, developed for high-temperature gas conveying scenarios, is a high-speed centrifugal ventilation device capable of continuous stable operation in high-temperature environments. In industrial production, many processstages generate high-temperature gases, such as boiler flue gas, industrial furnace hot air, drying equipment exhaust gas, and heat treatment furnace flue gas, where ordinary fans develop problems such as motor overheating and burnout, bearing lubrication failure, and impeller thermal deformation in high-temperature environments, unable to operate reliably long-term. Our High Temperature High Speed Centrifugal Fan uses dedicated high-temperature-resistant design, capable of continuous stable operation in medium temperatures up to 250°C (400°C for special customization), widely applicable to high-temperature ventilation scenarios such as boiler induced draft, industrial furnace flue gas conveying, drying equipment hot air circulation, and heat treatment furnace exhaust. The device uses a high-speed centrifugal impeller design with maximum speed up to 8,000rpm, maximum airflow up to 8,000m³/h, and maximum pressure up to 15kPa, efficiently conveying high-temperature gases and overcoming system resistance.
For high-temperature-resistant structural design, this High Temperature High Speed Centrifugal Fan has undergone systematic high-temperature protection design from impeller, volute, and bearings to motor. Impellers use high-temperature-resistant stainless steel material (304/310S optional), undergoing high-temperature aging treatment and precision dynamic balance correction to ensure no deformation and low vibration at high temperatures. The volute uses a double-layer water-cooled jacket structure (standard for high-temperature models), with cooling water circulating in the jacket tocarry away heat, protecting volute housing temperature from exceeding 60°C while reducing bearing housing temperature. The bearing housing uses water-cooled or air-cooled structure paired with high-temperature-resistant grease, ensuring long-term stable bearing operation in high-temperature environments. The motor and fan are connected via an extended coupling, with the motoraway from the high-temperature gas source to avoid high-temperature radiationimpact, and the motor is equipped with an independent cooling fan. The device is equipped with a smart temperature control system, real-time monitoring bearing and motor temperatures, automatically alarming or shutting down for protection when over-temperature. Quality Control
We are ISO9000 quality management system certified and have established a dedicated quality inspection process for high-temperature fan products. Each High Temperature High Speed Centrifugal Fan undergoes before shipment: high-temperature simulation operation test (verifying temperature resistance in a high-temperature test chamber), full-speed operation aging test (no less than 4 hours), standard performance test bench verification of airflow and pressure curves, vibration test (G2.5 grade dynamic balance), bearing and motor temperature rise test, water cooling system sealing test, and electrical safety test. Impeller materials have undergone material spectral analysis verification, and welding has undergone non-destructive testing. We accept third-party inspection and can cooperate with agencies such as SGS, BV, and TUV for pre-shipment inspection.
Payment Terms
