While compressing the body thickness, we fully retain the high-performance centrifugal fan system. Equipped with self-tooled volute casing and impeller assemblies, it can stably deliver an effective airflow of 17-21m³/min, perfectly balancing installation adaptability and exhaust performance. This built-in cooker hood is developed strictly in accordance with internationally accepted standard cabinet dimensions, and can be directly adapted to the cabinet specifications of most mainstream cabinet brands without additional hole drilling or modification. All our built-in cooker hoods adopt modular production technology, and core fan components are interchangeable with the full series of models, which not only ensures long-term stability of accessory supply but also enables flexible parameter customization and adjustment. The main body is made of galvanized rust-proof steel plate with eco-friendly plastic spraying treatment on the surface, and is equipped with a removable aluminum composite filter screen for convenient cleaning and replacement. The control panel can be equipped with mechanical buttons or touch styles according to customer needs, supporting multi-speed airflow adjustment and LED lighting functions. For cabinet brand customers with bulk supporting orders, we offer multiple services such as exclusive size customization, panel color customization and body Logo silk-screen printing. All models undergo 100% power-on test and air tightness test before leaving the factory to ensure that each product can be stably adapted to customers' cabinet products, reduce terminal installation adaptation problems, and help customers improve supporting service reputation.

This product is mainly shipped simultaneously with overall cabinet and whole-house customization projects, widely used in integrated kitchen decoration projects of mid-to-high-end residences and apartments. It is also a mainstream choice for standardized kitchen appliance supporting in finely decorated real estate projects and serviced apartments, and can be used as original supporting accessories for overseas cabinet brands for in-depth cooperation.

We support full-spectrum OEM/ODM customization services, and can complete product development based on technical drawings, samples or specific demand parameters provided by customers. For built-in models, the customization scope covers multiple dimensions including body size, panel style, airflow gears, filter specifications, body silk-screen Logo and outer packaging design. The development lead time for conventional customized samples is 15 working days, and free samples are available for customers' installation testing and adaptation confirmation. For orders meeting the minimum order quantity, we support mixed shipment of products with different configurations and colors to meet customers' multi-SKU supporting distribution needs, flexibly adapting to the business models of cabinet brands and buyers of different scales.

We have passed the ISO9000 quality management system certification and established quality control standards covering the entire production process. From raw material incoming inspection to finished product delivery, each link is set with dedicated quality inspection nodes. Core fan components need to undergo multiple tests such as dynamic balance test, temperature resistance aging test and continuous operation test. Finished products undergo 100% full inspection before packaging to ensure that product performance, appearance and adaptation accuracy meet standards. We accept on-site inspection by third-party institutions designated by customers with full traceability throughout the production process. All products come with a 1-year warranty, and adaptation problems and performance failures caused by production quality can be responded to and handled promptly, giving customers peace of mind for procurement and supporting.

All export products adopt standard export neutral packaging. Built-in models are additionally equipped with corner protectors and filled with shockproof foam. The inner layer wraps the body with a dustproof bag, and the outer layer is reinforced with high-strength corrugated cartons, which can effectively buffer collision and extrusion during transportation and avoid problems such as panel deformation and accessory bumping. Bulk orders are loaded in full containers, and the stacking scheme is optimized according to the flat shape of built-in models to maximize container space utilization and reduce customers' unit transportation costs. We support EXW trade terms. After production is completed and confirmed by the customer, goods can be delivered at the factory. During production, we can regularly provide product production photos and progress videos for customers to follow up on order status in real time.
